Purchases made online can not be returned, exchanged or refunded. However, we will exchange any defective merchandise, If claim is made within 1 week of your receipt of the shipment.
Prior to such return, You must first notify us and receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). You must include your order number, item number and a complete and specific description of the defect(s).
The RMA number must be attached to the outside of your returned package.
We will provide reshipment to you free of charge, but we ask you to bear the costs of the merchandise return.
Note that upon our receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, we will reship a replacement if the defect(s) is acknowledged; otherwise we will send back the returned item if no defects are found, so we ask you to check the merchandise carefully.
