Q : Do you charge any membership fees, even if I want to buy DVD? |

A : AAO doesn't charge you any membership fees nor registration fee if you wish to purchase DVD. |
Q: What is the best way to pay? |
|
A: Currently payment is only accepted by credit card.
It is possible to input credit card information, when registering your AAO account, or when purchasing an item.
Additionally, charges will be listed on the credit card bill as “System Serv” or “QBBIX”.
※ In your credit card statement the conversion rate will be listed in ‘credit charges’ as ‘***** Dollar’. |
Q : How much is shipping and handling fees? |

A : The shipping and handling fees are here. If you order 7 or more titles, the shipping charge is free.* 9.75% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to a California address. |
Q : Is it possible to play AAO DVDs all over the world? |
|
Most of our DVDs are region free. However, some of our titles are region code 1. Please confirm when you buy.
(Regional codes are mentioned on the product page).
* Attention : We do not accept any exchanges or returned DVDs, which you were unable to play due to wrong region code.

Q : Can you ship to all over the world? |
|
A : We use the United States Postal Service (US-Post) to sent the DVDs to you any where in the world.
It takes usually one week to 10 days to reach an address outside the USA after the shipment takes place.
When the shipment is completed, we inform you by e-mail.

Q : What is your exchange and return policies? |
|
A : We do not accept any request of exchanges, or return of the items after shipping, except in cases of damage caused during the shipment. A claim must be made within a week of the arrival of your items. First send us an e-mail to get a RMA number (merchandise return authorization). We need the order number, item number and the problem in order to issue this RMA number. When you return the product, please provide the RMA number.

Q : Can I cancel my order? |

A : We do not accept any requests for cancellations, based on your agreement at the purchasing process.
However we may on occasion cancel your order due to our circumstances such as lack of stock.
In this case we will exchange or refund your purchase, and inform you by e-mail.

Q : How do you pack DVDs? |
|
A : We ship in very discrete packaging.
There are no flyers or advertisements in the package, and there is a plain label that simply has your name and address, and the return address. We send DVDs without cases, to prevent scratches caused by removal from center hold of cases.
We will enclose cover jackets with the DVDs.

Q : I haven't received my DVDs yet, even more than a month after shipping. |

A : If you do not receive your order within 30 days after the shipping notice due to an accident or customs confiscation,
please Contact Us with your order number. We will resend the items for free of charge.
* Our company is not held liable to the import restriction in a merchandise purchase. This could be in a person's country, state, and area. AAO is exempt from legal punishment and therefore exempt from its obligation.
* In the case of trouble in a customs or a post office, please scan and/or FAX the delivery notice to us.
